What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments are securely processed through PayPal or Amazon Payment. We do not have access to any credit card information. The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. 

Is my credit card information safe?

Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. Your payment information is transmitted directly to a secure third-party server – you can tell you're on a safe page by the padlock icon that appears on your browser. When you make an order, our system scans your information for potential fraud. If there is a reason to suspect fraud, we will contact you to verify your order. If you do not verify with us within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.

Do I need an account to buy an item?

Unnecessary. You can check out as a guest. But you can sign up for a account if you want to check out faster next time!

How can I change my account information, such as username, email and/or password?

Changing your account information is easy! Upon logging into your account, you will be presented with your order history and address information. Towards the bottom of the address information, you will see "Edit your Account info". On the account info page you can change name, email address, and password. 

How do I check on my order status?

Checking your order status is very simple! Just navigate to your account and click"Order History" link. From there, you can see all of the important information regarding your orders . We also send you order status updates via e-mail, in case you are not able to check the website. 

Is there a tracking number for my order?

All orders have tracking numbers assigned to them - as soon as the label is created for the shipment, tracking is updated both on the website, and via e-mail. 

How long does shipping take?

We take pride in our fast and reliable shipping! We always try and ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order, and we'll always notify you as soon as your product ships. Usually it takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

Why is the order taking long? Why is there no shipping status update?

We do everything we can to ensure orders are shipped out quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, this falls out of our hands. We cannot be responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or any other 3rd party shipping delays that can occur. The moment that we get an update from carriers is the moment that we let you know. 

How to cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please fill out contact us form. Be sure to include your order number and a message that you want to cancel the order.

If you order has not processed yet, we can cancel the order without any restocking fee. Please note that orders generally process within 12 hours, so be sure to notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already processed and cannot be cancelled, please refer to the following section on how to return your order.

How to return an item?

To initiate a return, please fill out contact us form with your order number and a message indicating which item(s) in the order you wish to return. In events outside of defective products received (where a full exchange or refund is applicable) The time frame in which we can assist you with a return is 30 days for an exchange/refund for general merchandise.Our customer service team will respond with an RMA number and shipping instructions. In the case of buyers remorse you the buyer will be responsible for the cost of packaging and shipping. Please do not return anything to us without receiving an a RMA number first!

How to change an order?

To make a change to an order, please fill out contact us form with your order number and a message indicating the change(s) that are needed. To change an order, we must receive your request before your order is processed, which is generally within 12 hours of receipt. If your order has already been processed, please refer to our Returns policy above.

Why was my order cancelled?

Sometimes we are forced to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes oversold products, products listed or priced incorrectly, and orders unable to be processed for other reasons.
